- Paradyne (the divisions that makes the modems) is up for sale, and
- will continue to exist as a seperate company from AT&T, so they won't be
- going out of business. Unfortunatly they have pretty much gotten out of
- the low-end modem market. I think the cheapest (v.34) modem that they're
- still making is their Comsphere 3825+, at about $425-$450.
